Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Intern to join the Lead Generation team at PathMotion, based in Angel, London. Our team is the main contact between prospective companies and PathMotion. The main aim of your role is to secure meetings (in person or calls) for the sales team while carrying out admin tasks. You’ll start with prospecting companies that are based in the UK, US & Europe. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Define the main targets and contact prospects in order to obtain qualified meetings with TOP decision-makers 
  • Give an excellent first impression to our prospects (cold calls, emails and linkedin)
  • Work hand in hand with the sales team to increase their sales pipeline and develop sales
  • Management of incoming communications (phones & emails)
  • Maintain a high quality relationship with our various leads to increase the interest of our prospects in our solutions
  • Manage CRM to maintain clean data 
  • Prepare presentation overviews and business case
  • Reach weekly goals of creating new opportunities and generating sales
  • Generate new business opportunities on events, through marketing and various initiatives
  • Gathering and analysis of information related to current events in the field of recruitment
  • Gathering of information related to the work carried out by the targeted companies (ambassador program, video testimonials, etc.

Requirements

 

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Native English speaker
  • Bilingual- preferably fluent in French
  • Dynamic, smiling and always positive
  • Taste for challenge and a real culture of performance
  • Very good organization
  • Autonomous 
  • Bonus if you have previous experience in sales doing cold-calling or using email marketing tools

Information:

  • 6 month Internship
  • Start of August 
  • The internship is paid - £700 per month
